These terms

By ordering from this site you accept the terms below. They sit alongside Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds, which form part of them. If you do not accept them, do not order — and if something here is unclear, ask before you pay.

What we sell

Every garment is made to order from the measurements you supply. There is no stock, no size run and no "sold out". Photographs on the site show a real dress made in the workshop, but because each one is cut and decorated by hand, the dress you receive can differ slightly in crystal placement, seam lines and the exact shade of a dyed fabric. Those differences are a property of handwork, not a defect.

We may change designs, fabrics and prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you pay.

Measurements are yours to supply

We cut to the numbers you send. If those numbers are wrong, the dress will fit the numbers rather than the skater. The protection for that is the 30-day free alteration window on Returns & refunds: send a photo and new measurements and we will alter it.

Prices, payment and duties

• Prices are in US dollars and exclude import duty or VAT charged by your country.
• Payment is by PayPal. An order is accepted when the payment clears, not when the button is pressed.
• Discount codes: one per order, not combinable, and only valid on orders worth more than the code's face value.
• Points are a loyalty balance, not money. They cannot be withdrawn except through the payout route described on Points, and they never expire while your account is open.

If a price is listed in error we will tell you before charging anything, and you may cancel.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel in full at any time before the fabric is cut. Once cutting has begun the material is already committed to your measurements, so a cancellation at that point is discussed case by case rather than refused outright. We may also cancel an order ourselves — for example where payment cannot be verified, or where the request is for something we cannot legally make — and in that case you are refunded in full.

Delivery dates are estimates

The 12–35 day window is an honest estimate, not a guarantee. Customs delays, carrier failures, public holidays and weather are outside our control. If a date is critical — a competition, a test, a show — tell us the date before ordering and get our confirmation in writing.

Designs, photographs and other people's work

The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to us. You may share links and pin our images, but you may not copy the site or resell our photographs as your own.

If you send us a reference image from another designer, you confirm you have the right to ask for a garment made from it. We will not copy another studio's signature design, and we will say so rather than take the order.

Reviews

Reviews are published only when we can match them to a paid order, which is why an account is needed. We do not delete a negative review for being negative; we may decline reviews that contain personal data about staff, abuse, or content unrelated to a garment.

Trade accounts

Trade pricing is granted at our discretion and can be withdrawn if an account is used to buy at trade price for resale under another brand without agreement. Trade accounts do not also take discount codes.

Using this site

Do not scrape the site, run automated ordering or pricing agents against it, or attempt to reach parts of it that require an account you do not hold. We may suspend access where we see that happening. Prices and stock shown to a signed-in trade account are confidential to that account.

Limits and law

Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed competition, except where the law does not allow that limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, where the workshop is. Before anything formal, write to us — in practice almost every dispute is a parcel that needs chasing or a dress that needs altering, and both are quicker to fix by email.

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you paid.
