Before You Ask
What do I need to send to get a price?
Roughly what you want, in your own words, and who it is for. A picture helps if you have one — a hand-drawn sketch, a photo of a dress you like, or an AI-generated image all work. You do not need measurements or a technical drawing to ask.
How fast will I hear back?
Within 12 hours, from a real person. You get a straight answer on whether it can be made, a firm price in USD, and the timing measured against your deadline.
Does asking cost anything?
No. There is no payment and nothing to commit to at this step. Nothing is charged until you have approved the design and the price.
I found a dress in a photo — can you copy it exactly?
We can make something in that direction, and we will tell you honestly where it differs. Be aware that a design can belong to a brand or another designer; we do not reproduce a protected design piece for piece. Send it over and our tailors will tell you what is possible.
What happens to the photos I upload?
They are stored privately, outside our public web folders, and only you and the tailors discussing your enquiry can see them. They never appear in our galleries or on social media, and we delete them on request.
Do you make dresses for children?
Yes — many of our customers are young skaters. We keep an up-to-date measurement sheet on file so you do not have to re-measure every season, and we build in room to grow where it matters.
