Yes — that is the whole point of the page: the preview puts the dress on you. A full-body shot, facing the camera, in fitted clothes gives the best result.

It is used once, in memory, to build the on-you image — and deleted the moment that image is made. It is never written to our servers. The image exists only in your browser unless you tick the box to send it to our tailors. If you do, the head is masked with irreversible pixelation before it is stored, visible only to you and your designer, and deleted 90 days after the order is finished.

Close, but treat the preview as a styling guide rather than a photograph of the finished dress. Crystal fire, fabric weight and how a skirt moves in a spin read differently in real light. Our tailors confirm every detail in writing with you before we cut the fabric.

Yes, and it is a common request — many of our customers are young skaters. If the photo shows a child, a parent or guardian must tick the consent box, and anything generated from a child's photo is used only for that family's own enquiry. It never appears in our galleries, never on social media, and is never used as marketing material.

Yes. Upload the picture and the preview tries it on you. Keep any changes simple — an overall colour swap works well. The preview is a try-on tool, not a design tool: for fine redesigns, ask ChatGPT or another image tool for a design picture first, then upload it here. Nothing you upload is saved on our servers.

We may show design previews on the site — only the design image, never a photo of you or your child. If your design appears and you would rather it did not, tell us and we take it down straight away, no questions asked.

The first one is free and needs no account at all. Create a free account and you get 5 more previews, free, for good — they do not reset or expire. Past that, a preview costs 0.2 point, or 0.4 points if you switch on HD 2K for the rhinestones. You can also earn points by leaving a review or inviting a friend. Nothing is ever charged to a card without you approving it, and a preview that fails on our side is never counted.

Standard is enough for most photos: same try-on model, lighter output, and it is the one your free previews use. Choose HD 2K only when the dress is dense with crystals, has lace or mesh panels, or you want to inspect openwork before ordering — that is where the difference actually shows. You tick HD yourself, so nothing is deducted unless you ask for it.

One before you sign up, for any dress. A free account adds 5 more, free. When those are gone, a preview costs 0.2 point — or 0.4 points in HD 2K. Or simply send us the idea and get a firm price within 12 hours without spending anything.

Never. Sending a try-on image to our tailors, and getting feasibility, a price and the timing back within 12 hours, is free and always has been. Points only ever pay for the AI previews themselves.
