How to order your fit
Measure as shown in the measuring chart photo in the gallery above — then send us your
height and weight plus the numbers on the chart with your order. Measure over a leotard,
keep the tape level, and don't pull it tight. We check every set by hand before cutting and
will ask if something does not add up.
Rather not measure at all? Order, then reply to the confirmation email with your usual
off-the-rack size and your height and weight — we work the rest out and confirm with you
before cutting.

Delivery time
12-35 days door to door. Fastest 12 days, most orders 15-25. Complex colour work is what pushes an order to the longer end — one colour, or a simple fade, is the quickest route. A tracking number is emailed to you the day it ships.

Alterations
Free within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping to our workshop is paid by you; we adjust and ship it back.
Remake or refund
If a measurement we cut was wrong on our side, we remake the dress or refund it — your choice.
Every dress is cut and sewn in our own workshop in China and shipped from there directly to
you — nothing is warehoused in between. The 12-35 days covers both the making and the transit.

Questions about this order
Is this dress made to my own measurements?
Yes. Every dress is cut in our own workshop to the measurements you send, at no extra charge. After you place the order, just reply with your height, weight, girth, bust, hips, waist and sleeve length. If you would rather not measure yourself, send us your usual off-the-rack size and we will work from that.
Can I change the colours, sleeves or crystals on this style?
Yes. Modifications are included: change the colour, add or remove sleeves, change the crystal colour, raise or lower the neckline, add a skirt panel. Tell us what you want in the message box when you order, or email us a photo. There is normally no extra charge for changes.
How long does delivery take?
12-35 days door to door — the fastest orders arrive in 12 days, and most land within 15-25. What pushes an order to the 35-day end is the colour work, not the amount of crystal: one colour, or a simple fade between two, is the quick way; multi-colour gradients and colour-blocked panels take longer. If you have a competition date, tell us the date in the message box and we will confirm the timing before you pay. Rush orders are possible for most styles — contact us before ordering.
What is the difference between Beaded and UnBeaded?
Beaded means hand-applied rhinestones and crystals across the design, which is what you see in the photos and what most competition skaters wear. UnBeaded is the same dress with the same fabric and cut, without the stones — it costs about 30% less and is a good choice for practice or for young skaters.
Can I see this dress on my own photo before I buy?

What if it does not fit when it arrives?
Send us a photo of how it fits and we will fix it. Minor alterations are free — you ship it back to our workshop and we adjust and return it. If a measurement we cut was clearly wrong on our side, we remake or refund. Please do not order a stock size and expect a competition fit; the measurements you send are what we cut to.
