How to pick the right dress

The five questions we get asked most, answered by the people who actually cut the dresses.

Pick a style, not a size

There is no size chart because there is no standard size. Choose the look you want and send your measurements; we cut to them.

Tell us your level and music

A first-test dress and a senior free-skate costume need different cuts and different crystal weight. Telling us your level gets you the right one.

Crystals: how much sparkle?

You choose the density. More crystals means more sparkle on the ice and a slightly heavier dress — we will tell you what suits your programme.

Changes are usually free

Sleeves longer, skirt shorter, colour swapped, a bit less bling — modifications like these normally cost nothing extra.

Delivery you can plan around

Delivery takes 12-35 days in total — fastest 12, usually 15-25. If your competition is sooner, contact us before ordering and we will confirm a rush.

Do you make these to measure, or do I pick a size?

Everything is made to measure. After you order, send us your height, weight, girth, bust, waist and hips, plus sleeve length if you want it exact. There is no size chart to guess from and no extra charge for a larger size.

How long until it arrives?

Delivery takes 12-35 days door to door — the fastest orders arrive in 12 days, and most land within 15-25. If you have a competition date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm a rush.

Can I change the colour, sleeves or crystals?

Yes. Adding or removing sleeves, changing the colour, adjusting the skirt and cutting back on crystals are all normal changes and usually free. Just write what you want in the message box when you order.

What if I am not sure which style suits me?

Send us a photo of a dress you like, or of yourself skating, and we will tell you what we would change and why. You can also use the free virtual try-on to see a style on your own photo before deciding.

How much is shipping, and can I return it?

Shipping cost is shown at checkout and we ship worldwide. Because every piece is made to your own measurements, a return for a change of mind is not possible — but if anything is wrong with the fit or the workmanship, send us photos and we will put it right or refund you.

How do I measure myself correctly?

Each product page has a measuring guide with the exact points to measure. The three that matter most are girth (shoulder, down through the crotch and back up), bust and waist. If you are between two numbers, send both and we will decide.
